Today at work really showed our past, present, & future clients what Richardson Studio really does.
Senior pictures at our studio is NOT basic or ordinary. People who come to us know that and love what we do. Days like yesterday really show me that you can have fun doing what you love and I really saw that through my dad shooting. We don’t shoot basic hand on your hip, stand in front of those flowers and pose, or anything like that. RS shoots your personality through a camera. Some families don’t understand that and honestly some don’t know there kids that well. BUT thats okay because we shoot what the senior and his or her parents LOVE.
Fun. Outgoing. Lake days. Wake boarding. Boating. Fun boy. Fashion. Messy Buns. Outside. Homeless. These are just some of the words that described yesterdays senior session.
From starting in the studio with a cute warm up outfit from American Eagle to wake boarding on Kylah’s lake ending the session. This day was definitely EPIC as dad would say 😉 She wore a cute crop top with a kimono and jeans, a burgundy dress with a cardigan, killin it in my Tom Ford shades (thanks for treating them like a precious baby, bc they are) with a crop top with a high waisted skirt that has a slit in the leg, white pants with a navy tank and bralette (AT THEIR LAKE HOUSE 😍) and to end it with a DIY tie dye tank with a swim suit underneath... with a F U N B O Y Float!!! ugh, yes you could say I’m jealous because my senior pictures didn’t have a fun boy float in it. LADIES: always remember to bring nike spandex or any kind of spandex to wear under dresses to make you feel more confident in posing and being yourself. It helps a lot!! I had to take mine off for Kylah to wear under her dress and you just saw a spark of confidence go up. Bring food too, y’all know how we get if we don’t get our food 😈
On a side note, I wanted to say something to those who may have wished they came here or maybe couldn’t afford us. Know that if you wouldve went the extra mile to see what we really do, how much we love photography, and how much we truly appreciate each and everyone of you for coming to us, we will find a way for you to be an RS client. From newborn all the way up to 90th birthday parties to weddings and on location shoots across the country. WE DO EVERYTHING and anything that our clients ask for. You just have to expect a price within everything you want, unfortunately or fortunately. Life happens and we love our clients from Day 1.
