Hi y’all!

I know I’ve been super MIA but its totally because of school, work, and immersing myself in everything RSO.

This Thursday and Friday, RSO had their annual Chicago Field Seminar and I had the honor of attending. During this trip, I got to visit the wonderful people of Follett Corporation, Tie Bar, Kendra Scott, and Rag & Bone. This trip was an absolute blast because I got to make new connections professionally and casually, hangout with new friends, and eat great food!

At our first stop, we visited Follett Corporation in Chicago.

Our second stop was Tie Bar! Everything about tie bar was phenomenal for the customer eperience. The family culture and the relationship with their customers was outstanding and their workspace is amazing!

Our third stop was at Kendra Scott! A big thank you to Sarah and Mary Margaret for taking the time out of your day to tell us about store management and event planner duties!

Our last stop was at Rag & Bone. I loved the store vibe, the relationships that the employees set with their customers, and how they focus in house for their products.
